We at GetMoDo know that many people are concerned about privacy and the security of their personal information. We want you to know that we take your privacy very seriously and make it our priority to protect it.

By pre-registering for an Invite code which will allow you to participate in GetMoDo’s closed beta launch, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. If we make any significant changes to this policy, we will notify you by posting a notice of such changes on the home page.

Please note the following Privacy Policy applies only to the pre-registration and that if and when you register and become enrolled in the GetMoDo program we will notify you of where you can read the comprehensive privacy policy governing the program.

We will never spam you.

When GetMoDo is ready to launch, we will use the email address you provided to send you an Invite Code and to notify you that GetMoDo is ready to accept member registrations.

We will never disclose your personal information without your permission. Never ever!

We will never sell, rent or share your personal information with a 3rd party, unless required by law.

We will only access your personal information when:

You are notified that GetMoDo’s service is ready to launch.
It is required by law.
It is necessary to maintain our system.

We will protect your personal information.

Your information will be stored on our servers based in Toronto and Vancouver in secure and confidential databases.

We share information about user habits in aggregate only.

We will never do so in a manner that could even remotely be individually identifiable. For example, we could collect and share information like "46% of the people that have signed up for GetMoDo’s pre-registration are female.”

What information do we collect?

Name, email addresses, name of your mobile phone carrier, the first 3 characters of your home postal code, your gender and your age and your language preference.

Cookies and log files

GetMoDo may send a "cookie" to your computer that contains an identification number that is unique to the computer you are using. We would use this cookie to provide you with a continuous experience, and for us to record how our service is being used.  

As is done with most web sites, we log each visit to each web page. A log entry can contain information typically found in the "header" of your web browser's request such as the browser type you used, your Internet Protocol address, and the date and time of day. We may also log your cookie's identification number and the URL of the last site you visited. This log information is important for security, audit, quality improvement, as well as for monitoring the health of our service.
